Steel Poles

• Structurally designed by certified structural engineer
  
• Structural engineer determines embedded depth and pole spacings (typically 50' spacings) in accordance with the engineering code for each location considering the windload criteria for that area
  
• Pole diameters vary from 8” to 24” and the wall thickness can vary from .250 to .800 depending on the engineer’s drawing and specifications
  
• Fabricated with high strength steel (typically 60,000 to 90,000 yield psi)
  
• Sand blasted, after fabrication, and coated with an industrial zinc primer and 2 coats of industrial paint (Black paint is typically used, but other colors such as dark green or white are available)
   
• Wood poles are also available.
